Popcorn lovers rejoice!

ACT II, a microwave popcorn maker, now makes a slightly sweet,

slightly salty blend of popcorn to tempt the tongue in its all-new Kettle

Corn, the first of its kind in the microwave popcorn category.

The new popcorn comes in packs of three for $2.19, five for $2.27 and

six for $2.99, and can be found in grocery, drug and club stores, and

mass merchandisers everywhere.

One cup of popped corn has three grams of fat, one gram saturated,

zero grams of cholesterol, 65 milligrams of sodium, four grams of

carbohydrates and less than one gram of protein.

Yummy, yummy! A good light snack after all that pie from the holidays.

Just like Mom always made

Get that taste of homemade spaghetti sauce like Mom always made

without all the work of chopping vegetables, mixing spices and dirtying

countless pots and pans. The solution is found in one jar.

That jar contains Mom’s Spaghetti Sauce, manufactured by Timpone’s

Fresh Foods of Austin, Texas.

Mom’s sauce is one of eight Timpone products that also include Mom’s

Special Marinara, Mom’s Caponata, an eggplant appetizer, Timpone’s

Organic Roasted Pepper Spaghetti Sauce and Timpone’s Salsa Muy Rica,

voted the No. 1 salsa at the 1995 International Fancy Food Show.

Patrick Timpone founded Timpone’s in Austin in 1988. Mom’s Spaghetti

Sauce comes from his mother, Nenfa, who served her own recipe sauce to

family for many years.

Mother knows best!

The sauce is available at Whole Foods Market.
