Surf and Sun
WEATHER FORECAST
Sunny and cold this morning in the low 40s, a perfect day to stay
inside and open presents -- if you have any reason to do that.
The sun will stay out strong the rest of the day, but it will only
bring temperatures in the low 60s. Clouds could move in late on a light
breeze.

BOATING FORECAST
Light offshore winds and 1-foot waves will make for a smooth Christmas
sail in the inner waters.
But a small-craft advisory is in effect for the outer waters because
of the heavy, 12-foot northwest swell. The winds will also be calm.
SURF
Waist- to chest-high surf this morning, hurt early by the tide but
helped by a light offshore wind. The real Christmas present is a few
solid swells hitting the rest of the week.
