Dec. 16 brings the end of Ramadan and the Eid al-Fitr, the Islamic

dinner feast that concludes the monthlong fasting of Ramadan.

The Tolerance Foundation of Huntington Beach will host Bayram Namazi,

a Ramadan Feast Prayer on Sunday, December 16 at 8 a.m. The event will be

held at the Hyatt Regency, 100 Plaza Alicante in Garden Grove, in Garden

Rooms No. 2 and No. 3. Everyone, Muslim and non-Muslim, is welcome to

attend.

On Saturday, December 15, “Introduction to Islam, an introductory

class on Islam” will be presented at the Tolerance Foundation Community

Center in Huntington Beach from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Registration is free. A

donation of $10 is requested for refreshments provided after the class.
