Girls water polo: Estancia comes up big

Estancia High scored nine unanswered goals in the second half en

route to a 19-4 victory over host Sage Hill in a nonleague girls water

polo game Monday.

Hanni Geider scored seven goals and Jasmine Geider had five to pace

the Eagles (3-1). Also contributing on offense were Jen Patton (four

goals), Diana Kopasek (two goals) and Jessica Hernandez (one goal).

Laura Morton made 12 saves and Jasmine Geider made six in the fourth

quarter for Estancia. Sarah Anaruma and Lauren Collier contributed on

defense.
