Sara Joyce Warmington of Newport Beach and Michael Beale Banta,
formerly of Glendale, exchanged wedding vows Sept. 22 at the Warmington
family ranch in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Parsons Warmington Sr.
The maid of honor was her younger sister, Molly Warmington, and the
matron of honor was sister Julie White. The bridesmaids were Deena
Warmington, Kimberle Banta, Jessamine Carson, Lauren Carpenter, Stephanie
Dollens and Aleece De Vengoechea. The flower girl was the bride’s
2-year-old niece, Paige Warmington.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Donald Banta.
The best men were his brothers, Stephen Banta and Mark Banta. His
groomsmen were Bradley Roe, Jeffrey Sofro, Patrick McKiernan, Nico
Vilgiate, James Warmington Jr. and Matthew White. The bride’s 2-year-old
nephew, Harrison White, and the groom’s 3-year-old nephew, Barron Banta,
were ring bearers. Guest book attendants were the bride’s cousins, Anne
Reid and Shannon Tanton.
The bride graduated from Stanford University, where she majored in
economics and minored in psychology. She is a financial analyst for
BayHarbor Management Services Co. Inc. in Costa Mesa.
The groom graduated from the University of Redlands, where he majored
in psychology. He is a portfolio manager with Solomon Smith Barney in
Newport Beach.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and live in Newport Beach.
Titus-Mills
Tom Titus of Costa Mesa and Beth Titus of Orange announce the
engagement of their daughter, Melinda Beth “Mindy” Titus, to Aaron Scott
Mills of Placentia.
The bride-elect graduated from Estancia High School in 1997 and
graduated from UC Irvine in 2001. She is employed as a member services
representative at Wescom Credit Union in Tustin.
The groom-to-be is a 1999 graduate of El Dorado High School in
Placentia and is employed at Prudential California Realty in Brea, where
he recently earned the honor of “top producing real estate agent.”
A March 23 wedding is planned at the Living Spring Christian
Fellowship in Garden Grove, with a reception at the Westminster Manor in
Westminster.
The couple will live in Anaheim following a honeymoon in Hawaii.
