FountainGlen Properties LLC, with corporate offices in Newport Beach,
has emerged as one of the leaders in California’s senior housing
industry.
The firm has 2,522 apartment units within 12 properties in various
stages of operation, construction or development within the state.
A catalyst in FountainGlen’s success has been the recent merger with
Pacific Gulf Properties Inc., a Newport Beach-based real estate
investment trust.
FountainGlen has eight active senior apartment properties known as The
Fountains in operation in Anaheim Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita and
Laguna Woods in Orange County, Temecula and Escondido in San Diego
County, and Riverside in the Riverside County.
Two other projects are set to begin in Laguna Niguel and Huntington
Beach.
All of The Fountains are two- to three-story apartment buildings that
feature clubhouses, fitness centers, pools, spas, libraries, computer
learning facilities, courtyards and extensively scheduled social
activities.
