BOATING FORECAST
The inner waters will be calm, with light winds and a swell from the
west at 4 feet. After nightfall, the winds will pick up a little to 10
knots.
It’ll be different in the deeper waters, where a small-craft advisory
will be in effect. The winds will be from the south at 10 knots during
the day before increasing to 15 to 25 knots overnight, with possible
4-foot wind waves. The swell will be a solid 7 to 8 feet all day.
SURF
Northwest, cold surf continues today, with sets coming in about chest
high. The conditions should be pretty clean, but the morning high tide
will shut down spots. Blackie’s looks promising.
