SATURDAY
Short and sweet. “Ten or Less,” a series of student-directed short
plays that run 10 minutes or less, will be staged today and Friday
through Nov. 18 at Orange Coast College’s Drama Lab Studio, 2701 Fairview
Road, Costa Mesa. Show times are 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 and 7

SUNDAY
Reservations recommended. Experience the fire and excitement of
flamenco dancing and music by artists Linda Vega, Valeria Pico. Alfredo
Aja, Antonio de Jerez, Antonio Duran and Ken Saunders at 7 and 8:30 p.m.

Catch a sneak peak before it hits the stage. South Coast Repertory’s
first reading for its New SCRipts play-reading series will be held at
7:30 p.m. Monday. Julia Jordan’s “Our Boy,” commissioned from SCR, will

TUESDAY
Oh so local. The fall Newport Beach Artist Juried Exhibition, will be
up at Newport Beach City Hall through Jan. 7 at 3300 Newport Blvd.,
Newport Beach. The exhibit features the work of 23 local artists. Free.

WEDNESDAY
Learn something priceless for free. Orange Coast College’s Children
Theatre Company will present “Resolution Revolution,” which focuses on
conflict resolution and avoiding violence, at 9:30 and 11 a.m. at the
