SCHOOL LUNCH MENU

The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day
at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entree if
desired. The selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot
entree. School lunches are $2 each. Here’s what’s being served this week:
TODAY
Munchable Lunch Salad with fruit yogurt or a hamburger on a bun or
veggie burger with lettuce and pickle, choice of 100% fruit juice, choice
of milk
WEDNESDAY
Vegetarian health sandwich or manager’s special, baby carrots with
ranch dip, choice of fruit, choice of milk -- for Woodland, Newport
Coast, Lincoln and Newport Elementary schools only. All other schools
have a nonstudent day.
THURSDAY
Munchable Lunch Salad or chicken gordita with lettuce and cheese,
choice of 100% fruit juice, choice of milk
FRIDAY
Munchable Lunch Salad or cheese pizza, crisp green salad with ranch
dressing, choice of fruit, choice of milk
MONDAY
Veterans Day --- no school
* The Munchable Lunch Salad contains tossed greens, cherry tomatoes,
crackers and protein sources such as cheese, sunflower seeds, fruit
yogurt, honey-roasted peanuts and dressing.
