parked car in the 500 block at 8:58 a.m. Tuesday.
* West Coast Highway: Property worth $13,000 was reported stolen from
a boat in the 2200 block at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday.
* River Avenue and Balboa Boulevard: Disorderly conduct involving
