THE WEATHER FORECAST
It may feel like 80 degrees, but temperatures will still fall shy of
that mark. Instead, it should get up to about 78 with mostly sunny
conditions. The clouds that have continued to hover around recently
should dissipate early.
While the temperatures are still a bit cool for mid-July, they
shouldn’t fool anyone into forgetting the sunscreen. UV levels are
expected to top out at 10 this afternoon.
Though it will feel warmer than it is this afternoon, it will feel
cooler this evening than the 67-degree reading. By night, one should
expect a low of 64.
Get ready for a warm weekend as temperatures are still expected to
reach at least 80.

THE BOATING FORECAST
As has been typical recently in the inner waters, western winds of 10
to 15 knots will fly in to produce 2-foot waves. Boaters should expect
some areas of fog in the morning.
The same should be expected in the outer waters, as well, with 10 to
15 knot northwesterly winds and 2-foot waves. Fog may also play a factor
in the morning.

SURF
A new southwest swell from the New Zealand area will produce
inconsistent surf. Some of it should be of decent size in the form of
waist- to shoulder-high waves by afternoon with fair conditions, though
even better surf can be expected into the weekend.
The good spots should expect 3- to 4-foot surf with a few 5-footers
popping in Friday into the weekend. The swell will continue filling in
through Friday and into Saturday morning, though it’s expected to fade by
Sunday.
