COSTA MESA
* Fairview and Loyola roads: Driving with a suspended license was
reported at the intersection at 4:50 p.m. Thursday.
* Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 3000 block at
4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
* Fair Drive: Trespassing and injury to property was reported in the
100 block at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
NEWPORT BEACH
* Palm Street: About $655 was reported stolen from a commercial
business in the 300 block at 7 a.m. Friday.
* Marguerite Avenue: A computer worth about $3,500 was reported stolen
at 1:40 p.m. Thursday from a 1992 Jeep Wrangler.
* San Miguel: A resident reported at 3:05 p.m. Friday that her purse
was stolen from a shopping cart at Gelson’s Market in the 1600 block.
* 30th Street: A resident reported at 1:36 p.m. Thursday that someone
had apparently scratched and dented her 1999 Toyota Forerunner, which was
parked in the 200 block.
* Sand Castle Drive: A resident reported at 4 p.m. Friday that someone
had stolen a set of golf clubs and a pair of golf shoes from his open
garage in the 1000 block. The items’ estimated worth was $1,630.
