* West 18th Street: A person reportedly was under the influence of a

controlled substance in the 500 block at noon Thursday.

* Hoag Road: Disorderly conduct involving alcohol was reported at 6:25

a.m. Thursday.

* Neptune Street: An assault and battery was reported at 49th Street

at 11:50 a.m. Thursday.

* Seashore Drive: Drinking in public was reported at 35th Street at

noon Thursday.
