SUNDAY
Have fun with the arts. The Orange County Museum of Art and
Imagination Celebration will join forces from noon to 4 p.m. to present
“Celebrating Cultures,” a family arts day. Activities will include

Take time out with the Cat in the Hat. “Dr. Seuss on the Loose,” a
special children’s pajama story time and show, will take place at 7 p.m.

Celebrate the imagination. The Orange County Museum of Art will
present “Major Art/Minor Artists,” an exhibition of art made by students
through June 24 at the museum’s South Coast Plaza location, 3333 Bear
St., Costa Mesa. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10
a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Free. (949)

WEDNESDAY
Here, master. What cheer? Orange Coast College’s Theater Department
will present Shakespeare’s “The Tempest” from Wednesday through May 20 at
10 a.m. Wednesday through Friday, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m.
Sunday. The play will be staged at the Robert B. Moore Theatre, 2701
