block at 10:19 p.m. Sunday.

* Plumer Street: Grand theft was reported in the 600 block at 2:57

p.m. Sunday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* West Balboa Boulevard: A laptop computer and surfboard were reported

stolen from a home in the 2700 block at 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

* Ocean Boulevard and Heliotrope: Possession of marijuana was reported

at 6:45 p.m. Saturday.

* 21st Street and the beach: Disorderly conduct involving alcohol was

reported at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
