2:15 a.m. Wednesday.

* Harbor Boulevard: A person with an out of the area warrant was

reported in the 2100 block at 3:44 a.m. Wednesday.

* West 19th Street: A person was reportedly drinking in a public park

in the 500 block at 5:21 a.m. Wednesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Constellation and Santiago: Disorderly conduct involving alcohol was

reported at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday.

* West Coast Highway: A boat cover worth $1,500 was reported stolen in

the 2700 block at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday.
