substance was reported at 3:10 a.m. Tuesday.

* Costa Mesa Street: Vandalism was reported in the 200 block at 8 a.m.

Tuesday.

* Fair Drive: Urinating in public was reported in the 90 block at 2:41

a.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Old Newport Boulevard: Vandals reportedly broke the windows of a

parked car in the 400 block at 7:45 a.m. Monday.

* Santa Barbara Drive: Malicious mischief was reported in the 800

block at 11:35 p.m. Monday.

* Westcliff Drive: An unattended diamond bracelet worth $2,500 was

reported stolen from a nail salon in the 1600 block at 10 a.m. Monday.
