* Adams Avenue: Police received complaints from residents over a
balcony party that apparently ran for hours at a home in the 200 block at
9:56 p.m. Sunday.
* Beach Boulevard: Police received a report of a grand theft, where
someone apparently charged about $15,000 in overseas phone calls to the
phone bill of a resident living in the 19000 block at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 5.
* Brookhurst Street: Someone reported receiving a number of annoying
and threatening phone calls at a residence in the 21000 block at 8:25
p.m. Feb. 8.
* Cardiff Circle: Police and fire officials responded to a fire after
a recreational spa apparently exploded at a home in the 17000 block at
9:15 p.m. Friday.
* Central Park: Someone told police that an unknown number of
juveniles were allegedly using a pellet gun to frighten horses near
Edwards Hill and Ellis Avenue at 3:44 p.m. Friday.
* Chapparal Lane: A resident reportedly used a .38-caliber gun to
shoot four times at a prowler from the bedroom area of a home in the
17000 block at 10:28 p.m. Feb. 7.
* Chicago Avenue: A resident complained that someone was igniting a
heavy concentration of fireworks near the 200 block at 4:57 p.m. Feb. 6.
* Lamar Drive: A resident told police that two white Honda vehicles
were racing up and down Newland Avenue near the 8000 block at 9:29 p.m.
Feb. 5.
* Viewpoint Lane: A woman told police that someone had slashed two of
the tires on her vehicle while it was parked in front of a residence in
the 16000 block at 3:44 p.m. Feb. 8.
* Villa Pacifica Drive: Three men in their 20s were reportedly
trespassing on private land in their underwear, while using a Jacuzzi in
the 9000 block at 3:07 a.m. Saturday.
* Waterway Circle: Police responded to a family disturbance reported
at a residence in the 16000 block at 10:11 p.m. Saturday.

* Bandilier Circle: A burglar alarm was set off in the 18400 block at
9:33 p.m. Sunday.
* Brookhurst Street: Someone reported illegal soliciting in the 16000
block at 4:06 p.m. March 8.
* Bushard Street: Police responded to a battery report in the 17900
block at 12:18 p.m. Monday.
* El Este Avenue: A resident reported suspicious noise in the 10600
block at 11:03 p.m.
* El Presidente Avenue: Police responded to a juvenile disturbance in
the 8900 block at 11:09 a.m. Monday.
* Euclid Street: Police responded to a vehicle burglary report in the
17300 block at 5:10 p.m. March 8.
* Euclid Street/Edinger Avenue: Police responded to a rape report in
the intersection at 9:29 a.m. March 8.
* Hickory Street: Police responded to a burglary in the 16200 block at
3:35 p.m. Saturday.
* Kingbird Avenue: Someone reported a suspicious subject in the 10100
