TODAY
Join the video art revolution. “One Wall: A Video Series” will
premiere at 11 a.m. at the Orange County Museum of Art, 850 San Clemente
Drive, Newport Beach. A presentation of clips from the series, which runs
through Sept. 9, will be held at 11 a.m. today and Sunday. There will be
an artist panel discussion at 3 p.m. today. Entrance is $5 for adults, $4
seniors and students and free for members and children 16 and younger.

SUNDAY
Music from the other side of the world. The Bolshoi Symphony Orchestra
will perform an all-Russian program at 8 p.m. today and 3 p.m. Sunday at
the Orange County Performing Arts Center, 600 Town Center Drive, Costa
Mesa. The program will include works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff and

MONDAY
In praise of printed poetry. “Notes from the Sliding Pillar,” a
journal of poetry and prose in Orange County, will unveil its latest
issue at 6 p.m. at the Sol Grill, 110 MacFadden Place, Newport Beach. The

TUESDAY
The sound of children singing. The Pacific Chorale will present the
15th annual “Invitational Choral Festival” from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the
Orange County Performing Arts Center, 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa.
The festival will feature children’s, high school and collegiate choirs

WEDNESDAY
A jazzy Shakespearean show. “Much Ado about Nothing” will be staged at
South Coast Repertory at 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, 2:30 and 8 p.m.
Saturdays, and 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Sundays until April 1. Mark Rucker
directs. The theater is at 655 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa. $28-$49.
