COSTA MESA

* Bristol Street: An embezzlement was reported in the 3300 block at

4:36 p.m. Sunday.

* Harbor Boulevard: A 45-year-old woman was arrested at 4:15 p.m.

Sunday on suspicion of committing a burglary and a petty theft. Deputies

arrested the woman, who also had two outstanding warrants, in the 3000

block.

* Senate Street: Lewd conduct was reported in the 600 block at 1:06

p.m. Sunday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* 15th Street and Balboa Boulevard: Police arrested a man on suspicion

of driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Bail was

set at $25,000.

* 21st Street and West Ocean Front: Police arrested a man on suspicion

of possessing an open container with alcohol and drinking alcohol in

public at 4:40 p.m. Saturday. Bail was set at $50.

* 32nd Street and West Balboa Boulevard: Police arrested a man on

suspicion of burglary at 3:45 a.m. Saturday. Bail was set at $25,000.

* 39th Street and Balboa Boulevard: Police arrested a man on suspicion

of disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol at 9 a.m. Sunday.

Bail was set at $100.
