girls water polo victory Friday.

Katie Axton and Candice Carpenter collected assists for the Mustangs,

who also received four saves from Allison Gravis.

Costa Mesa returns to Pacific Coast League play Wednesday, when it

hosts Northwood at 3:15.

Katella, which received nine saves from Gracie Reyes and six goals

from Krista Wirthgen, improved to 7-10.
