Stars, Red Devils each split 2 games

The Stars had a busy night Monday, earning a victory and a tie in
Smythe Division contests at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in
Huntington Beach.
The Stars began with a 4-4 tie against the Red Devils, then came back
two hours later to post a 7-3 victory over the Bounty Hunters.
In the win, Chase Bombola scored two goals and handed out a pair of
assists, David Marabella scored twice, Kyle Evans scored once with two
assists and goalie Jason Moore had 24 saves to pace the Stars.
For the Bounty Hunters, Mike Ambrose scored once with two assists,
Christopher Nagle scored once with an assist, Jake Galaviz scored once
and goalie Brian Potter had 35 saves.
In the 4-4 tie with the Red Devils, Evans scored twice, Cory Ames and
Martin DeJong each scored once and Moore had 24 saves.
David Loy scored twice, Sean Wing and Craig Chorpenning each scored
once, Bradley Kachigan and Mitchel Gonzales each had an assist and goalie
David Finney stopped 34 shot attempts to lead the Red Devils.
Like the Stars, the Red Devils came back later that night with a
victory, edging the Thunderblades, 4-3.
Lance Unrau scored twice, Steven Koressel scored once, Wesley Keizer
picked up a couple of assists and Finney stopped 34 shots in the net to
pave the way for the Red Devils.
Kyle Kelleher and Blake Jirges scored, Luke Gane had an assist and
goalie Kyle Bezayiff had 27 saves for the Thunderblades.

Scorpions 8, Flyers 6
Jeff Fuzzard slapped home three goals and also assisted two other
scores, Allison Dufault scored two goals, Kevin Christi and Jacob
Schnautz each had one goal and two assists, Ryan Blake scored once and
goalie Jaryd Mason recorded 26 saves for the Scorpions.
Jared Musacchio scored three times and had an assist, Jeremy Jennings
scored once with two assists, Ramiro Pimentel scored once with an assist,
Ariel Rassler scored once and goalie Brent Holden had 35 saves to lead
the Flyers.
