* Harbor Boulevard: A car was stolen in the 2200 block at 2:38 p.m.

Wednesday.

* Sicily Avenue: Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the

3100 block at 4:56 p.m. Wednesday.

* Sterling Avenue: A robbery was reported in the 2100 block at 7:30

a.m. Wednesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* West Coast Highway: A car key was stolen from a wallet at the Balboa

Bay Club in the 1200 block at 11:20 a.m. Thursday.

* Irvine Drive: About $6,500 in cash was stolen from a car when the

victim was changing a flat tire in the parking lot of Westcliff Plaza at

4 p.m. Thursday.
