* Congress Street: A residential burglary was reported in the 700

block at 5 a.m. Sunday.

* East 17th Street: An assault was reported in the 400 block at 3:07

a.m. Sunday.

* West 19th Street: An auto theft was reported in the 500 block at

8:36 a.m. Sunday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Bayshores and Marino: Property was reported stolen from a boat at

9:58 a.m. Thursday.

* Newport Center Drive: A television and refrigerator were reported

stolen from a hotel conference room in the 100 block at 2 p.m. Friday.

* Vonkarmann: A laptop computer was stolen from an office in the 4700

block at 1 p.m. Friday.
