Ready, Set, Mow Man Mow!

COSTA MESA - The Southern California Turf Grass, Landscape and

Equipment Expo will host the STA-BIL Southern California Turf Grass

Council Regional, A Race For Riding Lawn Mowers, Wednesday, from 1-3 p.m.

at the Orange County Fairgrounds.

The competition will feature racing in four road track classes: Stock

(10 mph), IMOW (20 mph), Prepared (35 mph) and Factory Experimental (50

mph) with all cutting blades removed.

The race is one of 15 races on the STA-BIL National Lawn Mower Racing

Series.

According to a press release sent by the U.S. Lawn Motor Racing

Association, a sense of humor is not required, but strongly encouraged.

Admission is $5 for adults and youngsters under 12 are admitted free.
