Ocean View High’s defense, which was lit for an average of 35 points

per game last year, has already shown vast improvement in just one game.

They held host Twentynine Palms, which scored 22 points in last year’s

meeting, to a single touchdown in a 23-7 win. “I was really pleased with

our defensive play,” Seahawks Coach Harold Eggers said. “We only really

Ocean View will play in seven different stadiums this season. Friday,
