Golf: Two fall golf classes offered for junior hackers

COSTA MESA - Costa Mesa Junior Golf will be offering two four-week

golf classes for youngsters ages 8-13 at the Costa Mesa Golf Course Sept.

5 through Oct. 3 and Oct. 10 through Nov. 14.

Each session will offer an hour-long seminar once a week for four

weeks and will cover various techniques and skills.

Each youngster will be tested on various skills learned throughout the

classes and at completion, each youngster will be ready to play on the

golf course and work on course management.

Registration is $50 per four-week session, which includes instruction,

range balls and a shirt.
