NHBA Mustang: Dodgers handle Indians

NEWPORT BEACH - The Dodgers used 10 hits and some timely defense
and pitching to hold off the Indians, 9-5, in Newport Harbor Baseball
Association Mustang Division action last weekend.
Cameron Chase, Peter Kinney and Stefan Brysha each had two hits to pace
the Dodger attack, while Charlie O’Desky, Holden Gray-Keough, R.J. D’Cruz
and Drew Littlefair.
Littlefair also scored three runs, while Bryan Rhodes added a key run for
the Dodgers.
Leading the Dodgers’ defense was Marshall Stamper, Eric Hansen and Braden
Cluck.
In other Mustang Division action:
Dodgers 14, Padres 2 - Holden Gray-Keough and Cameron Chase each had
three hits to lead the Dodgers over the Padres.
R.J. D’Cruz, Stefan Brysha and Peter Kinney chipped in with two hits
apiece, while Eric Hansen and Braden Cluck each had one hit.
The Padres were led by Michael Helfrich and Alex Rios.
