Dr. Michael Mandelkern, chairman of the Department of Letters on the

Brooklyn campus of the College of New Rochelle, has been named dean of

Orange Coast College’s Literature and Language Division. Mandelkern, a

resident of West Belmar, NJ, will officially join the OCC staff July 1.

His expertise is in film and 18th century studies. ... The Pacific Life

chief operating officer. Packard is the former president and CEO of

Company. The Miller Law Firm specializes in representing homeowners and

community associations in construction defect cases. Packard will be

responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations.
