* Bluebell Avenue: Someone broke into a residence in the 11300 block at
11:03 p.m. Monday while the residents were home. Nothing was stolen. No
one was injured.
* Magnolia Avenue: A man left without paying for fuel at a gas station in
the 18000 block at 11:33 a.m. Friday.
* Mt. Newberry Circle: Someone stole tools from a truck in the 16400
block at 3:02 p.m. Friday.
* Pearl Avenue: Someone broke into a home in the 9500 block and ransacked
the bedrooms, taking $10,000 worth of property at 9:49 p.m. last
Thursday.
* Toucan Avenue: Someone broke into a home in the 9600 block at 4:53 p.m.
Sunday.
* Warner Avenue: Someone broke into a home in the 11600 block at 9:07
p.m. Sunday.
* Warner Avenue: Someone stole a car in the 10200 block at 5:30 p.m.
Monday.

* Beach Boulevard: Someone used forged checks in the 19700 block at 1:57
p.m. Friday.
* Beach Boulevard: Someone stole goods from a store in the 16600 block at
9:51 a.m. Monday.
* Edinger Avenue: A customer in a store in the 5900 block was caught
trying to steal another customer’s purse at 4:36 p.m. Saturday.
* Lydia Drive: A man lost his wallet in the 6900 block and found that his
credit cards had been used at 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
* Magnolia Street and Hamilton Avenue: Police said a man who was drunk in
public was throwing food at people at 4:29 p.m. Saturday.
* Newland Center: Children were shooting pigeons with a BB gun at 5 p.m.
Monday.
* Pacific Coast Highway and Brookhurst Street: A man was poaching gulf
shrimp in the wetlands at 4:27 p.m. Saturday.
* Pacific Coast Highway: A naked man left his car in the 1000 block at
11:43 a.m. Monday, walking toward Del Taco.
* Talbert Avenue: Someone broke into a car and stole a stereo and
speakers in the 7600 block at 10:07 a.m. Monday.
