WHITESELL-YANNETTI

Barney and Wendy Whitesell of Newport Beach have announced the engagement

of their daughter, Gaelen Christine Whitesell, of Boston, Mass., to

Joseph Gordon Yannetti, of Boston, Mass., son of Joseph and Kathy

Yannetti, of Boxford, Mass.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Corona del Mar High School and the

University of Rhode Island in Kingston, R.I.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of The Groton School and Trinity College in

Hartford, Conn.

A May 6 wedding is planned on board the yacht Electra in Newport Harbor.

BELANGER-MAAS

Mr. and Mrs. Ron Belanger of Anaheim Hills have announced the engagement

of their daughter, Cari, to Kevin Maas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Maas of

Newport Beach.

The bride-to-be is a 1989 graduate of Canyon High School in Anaheim. She

graduated from Arizona State in 1994 and is currently employed as an

event coordinator with White House Productions in Phoenix, Ariz.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Corona del Mar High School and the

University of Arizona. He is currently employed with McCarthy as a

project manager in Phoenix, Ariz.

A May 12 wedding is planned in Phoenix.
