COSTA MESA - Costa Mesa High’s boys tennis team pulled out a 10-8
nonleague decision over visiting St. Margaret’s Friday afternoon,
improving to 2-7 overall.
The Mustangs struck it rich in No. 2 doubles, where Partha Patel and
Michael Chinballah recorded 7-5, 6-4, 6-4 victories, to turn the tide.

Doubles - D. Nguyen-L. Nguyen (CM) lost to McEwa-n/Dunlop, 3-6; def.
Boeckman-Waller, 6-2; def. Karus-Suarum, 6-1; Patel-Chinballah (CM) won,
7-5, 6-4, 6-4; Lu. Nguyen-Au (CM) lost, 1-6, 3-6; won, 6-2.
