The Corona del Mar Discovery Shop has recently received some oversized

art pieces for large homes.

“We had the most beautiful 8-by-5 beveled gold frame mirror donated --

the designer mirror costs over $3,000,” said manager Gloria Godfrey. “Our

sale price is only $750. We’re having a winter 50% clearance sale on all

furniture and paintings, all geared to large estates.”

Godfrey also said the store is in the process of remodeling and all of

its glass jewelry display cases are for sale.

The Discovery Shop is a great place to shop to find deals on jewelry,

of income for the American Cancer Society. The shop’s mission is to

generate income for research, local educational programs, patient

expanding and remodeling. The new Plums offers more, including a new

menu. Some old favorites on the menu remain, like shirred eggs, hazelnut

pancakes, salmon hash and winter spinach salad. There is a great
