Boys golf: Sea Kings fall to San Clemente

SAN CLEMENTE - Corona del Mar High’s boys golf team took on San
Clemente High and the tricky Pacific Country Club Thursday with the Sea
Kings coming up on the short end of the stick.
Playing two nine-hole matches with the Tritons at Pacific, CdM lost
417-420.
Chris Franta and John Kwon each shot an 82 to lead the Sea Kings (0-1).
Joe Kwon (85), Innes MacDonald (86) and Manuel Fernandez (87) round out
the Sea Kings’ scoring.
On Monday, CdM will conclude its match with Irvine with the final nine
holes to be played at Oak Creek Golf Club.
