Baseball: Eagles soar past Santa Ana

SANTA ANA - C.K. Green scattered seven hits over seven innings to

lead Estancia High’s baseball team to a 6-2 in over host Santa Ana in

pool play action of the Costa Mesa Tournament Thursday afternoon.

Green allowed only one earned run, while striking out eight. He also went

3 for 4 at the plate.

Matt Mueller went 2 for 3 with two RBIs for the Eagles, who continue

Costa Mesa Tournament play on Saturday with an opponent and a site to be

announced.
