Scholarship applications for OCC’s 2000-2001 academic year are available
on campus for Orange County high school seniors interested in enrolling
for the fall semester.
More than $30,000 in scholarship monies will be awarded this spring to
graduating seniors. Scholarships range from $400 to $4,000 each.
The four types of scholarships available are: Emerging Leader
Scholarships, Academic Excellence Scholarships, Prospective Teachers
Scholarships and Disadvantaged Students Scholarships.
Applications are available through individual high schools, OCC’s
Scholarship Office or via the Internet at o7 www.occ.cccd.eduf7 .
The deadline to file is Friday, April 14. Scholarship awards will be
announced later this spring. Awards are contingent upon students
attending OCC next fall.
The Scholarship Office is inside OCC’s Student Center, 2701 Fairview
Road, Costa Mesa.
