COSTA MESA

* Avenue of the Arts: A ring worth $500 was stolen from a business in the

3300 block between 4 and 10:30 p.m. Feb. 3.

* Baker Street: A pair of sunglasses and some jewelry worth $1,400 were

stolen from a home in the 1100 block between Feb. 9-18.

* Baker Street: Scaffolding worth $3,319 was stolen from a home in the

1100 block between Feb. 2-18.

* Southcoast Drive: A laptop computer worth $5,000 was stolen from a car

in the 900 block between 2 and 3 p.m. Jan. 28.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Dove Street: A laptop computer worth $2,200 was stolen from a home in

the 900 block between 6 and 8 p.m. Feb. 21.

* Newport Center Drive: A cellular phone worth $100 was stolen from a car

in the 400 block at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

* West 16th Street: A set of golf clubs worth $1,300 was stolen from a

car in the 200 block the evening of Feb. 19.
