Jets edge Stars, 2-1

The Jets and Thunder Blades continue to lead the Norris Division

pack at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach, each

adding another victory to the win column Wednesday.

The Jets picked up their third win of the season by edging the Stars,

2-1, while the Thunder Blades did the same as they beat The Masters, 5-3.

Jets 2, Stars 1

Connor Bauman scored once with an assist, Cody Schlegel also scored, and

goalie Jamie Schlegel turned away 27 shots on goal to lead the Jets

(3-1-1); Bradley Kachigan scored off a Nathan Sutton assist to account

for the Stars offense.

Thunder Blades 5, The Masters 3

Adam Lamotte and Lance Unrau each scored twice, Matthew Findlayson tacked

on another goal, and Joshua Gane had an assist for the Thunder Blades

(3-1-1); Brittany Wood had a goal and assist, and Chris Snapper and

Robert Brothers both scored once to pace The Masters (1-4).

Earthquakes 3, Bulldogs 2

Ramiro Pimentel scored two goals, Jared Musacchio scored once, and Cory

Cunningham and Wesley Keizer each had an assist as the Earthquakes (2-3)

knocked the Bulldogs out of first place; Luke Hamagiwa scored a pair of

unassisted goals for the Bulldogs (3-1), who suffered their first

loss.KAOS 11, The Masters 2 Ryan Burke (one assist) and William De Witt each ripped the net for four

goals, Donovan Gonzalez had a goal and assist, both Jared Hackworth and

Jim Martin scored, and Kristen Fronk added an assist, and goalie
