Monday is the last day to register to vote in the March 7 primary
election. To register, a person must be a U.S. citizen, a California
resident and at least 18 years old by election day.
Residents who have registered but have changed addresses may register in
person Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This Monday, however,
the registrar’s office will remain open until midnight.
Residents may also register at the City Clerk’s office at Costa Mesa City
Hall, 77 Fair Drive. Registration forms are available at libraries, post
offices and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
