COSTA MESA

* Bristol Street: A purse and its contents worth $140 were stolen from a

business in the 3000 block the evening of Jan. 24.

* Pomona Avenue: A bicycle worth $100 was stolen from a home in the 2000

block during the day of Jan. 21.

* Wilson Street: Several compact discs worth $40 were stolen from a car

in the 500 block the evening of Jan. 26.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Newport Boulevard: A cellular phone worth $200 was stolen from a car in

the 1800 block Monday evening.

* Ocean Boulevard: A barricade worth $50 was stolen in the 3600 block

between Jan. 28-31.

* River Street: A compact disc player and several compact discs worth

$554 were stolen from a car in the 5500 block the evening of Jan. 28.

* Teller Avenue: Several pieces of mail were stolen from a home in the

4600 block between Oct. 10 and Jan. 21.
