ENGAGEMENTS

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Warren of Tustin are pleased to announce the engagement

of their daughter, Michelle Lyn, to Michael Gouvion, son of Dr. and Mrs.

Wayne Gouvion, of Newport Beach.

The bride-to-be received her undergraduate degree from USC in 1991 and a

law degree from Boston College Law School in 1994. She is currently an

associate with the law firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood in New York City.

The groom-to-be is a 1985 graduate of Corona del Mar High School,

received his undergraduate degree from USC in 1989 and received his

master’s degree from Thuderbird -- The American Graduate School of

International Management in 1994. He works for Standard Chartered Bank in

New York City, handling international cash management.

An August 2000 wedding is planned.
