AYSO Region 57: The Flames stay hot in regional tourney

CORONA DEL MAR - The Flames, representing AYSO Region 57, Division

5 girls soccer, swept two games last weekend in the regional tournament.

In a 4-1 win over Tustin, goals were scored by Emily Hillgren, Laura

Bilder, Stephanie Restaino and Morgan Presson.

Bilder scored the game’s lone goal in a 1-0 win over South Irvine in game

two.

Strong passing came from Lauren Wheeler, Tasha Pavlovich, Sydney Sweeny

and Camille Kazempoor.

Lindsay Seeley was strong in goal for the Flames, while Samantha Fink,

Kristen Nassif and Emily Drobka led the defense.
