* Bristol Street: A cellular phone worth $150 was stolen from a car in

the 3300 block between 4 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 18.

* Grace Avenue: A hardtop automobile cover worth $2,000 was stolen in the

2900 block during the evening of Dec. 14.

* Harbor Boulevard: A purse and its contents worth $1,620 were stolen

from a car in the 2700 block between 10 and 10:30 p.m. Dec. 22.

* East 17th Street: A backpack and its contents worth $40 were stolen

from a business in the 300 block at 4:45 p.m. Dec. 1.

* West 19th Street: Several items of clothing, a compact disc player and

a pair of sunglasses worth $371 were stolen from a business in the 500

block between 7 and 9 p.m. Dec. 20.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Coronado Avenue: Several items worth $200 were stolen from a home in

the 300 block between 11:30 and 3 p.m. Dec. 22.

* Newport Boulevard: A cellular phone worth $129 was stolen from a car in

the 3100 block between 12 and 3 a.m. Dec. 18.

* Newport Center Drive: Several pieces of jewelry worth $7,890 were

stolen from a hotel in the 900 block during the evening of Dec. 21.

* 31st Street: A cellular phone worth $150 was stolen from a car in the

100 block between 3 and 6 p.m. Dec. 19.
