Nominate the best school employees

The Newport-Mesa Unified School District is asking for the public’s help to pick out its top employees to honor at a May board meeting.

The district is looking for nominations for standout employees who display excellence, attention to detail and go above the call of duty for its Super-Star awards.

The top 20 to 25 employees nominated will be honored at the district’s May 24 board meeting with a pin, certificate and engraved star.

All nominees will receive a letter of congratulations and forwarded to the selection committee, who will choose the finalists.

Nominations can be made online and are due by 4 p.m. March 25.
