Showcase of skills

Students at Top of the World Elementary recently performed for a sold-out audience at the school’s annual talent show at the Artists’ Theatre, where the Honors Chorus opened with this year’s theme song, “We Are the World.” Vocalists, musicians, dancers and comedians followed with a total of 51 acts, with everything from a solo piano performance to a hip-hop routine to a hula-hoop act. A vocal guest appearance from Principal Ron LaMotte also had the crowd of more than 400 jumping out of their seats, according to parent Kathy McKeown.
