Oriunda de Miami, Heidi Pérez-Moreno está en su último año de estudio de periodista en la Universidad de North Carolina en Chapel Hill. Born and raised in Miami, Heidi Perez-Moreno is in her senior year at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she is studying journalism. Perez-Moreno was a summer 2022 intern with the En Español team, where she covered immigration, politics and Latino communities in Los Angeles and California. Perez-Moreno previously worked with the Texas Tribune, where she covered politics in Texas. She is a member of the National Assn. of Hispanic Journalists.
